Here at Destined for Home each product has been lovingly handpicked, because it was loved at first sight or touch that's a guarantee, which gives you peace of mind with every order you place. 

We want you to be delighted every time you shop, but if for some reason, you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase, then you can return for exchange or refund to us in its original condition (new, unused, unworn and in its original packaging) within 14 days (excluding delivery fees). To request a refund, you must notify us (in writing, by telephone or by email) within 7 days of receiving the item.

Refunds will be credited to the card account with which the order was originally made, but only when returned goods have been received and checked to ensure that all items are in a new and re-sellable condition.  If returned goods are found to be unfit for resale, a deduction will be made from any refund to cover refurbishment and repackaging costs.  Note: that only the value of the returned goods will be refunded - original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Goods can be returned to us by post or courier.  You must include your invoice with the item.  The relevant item/s must be packed securely and sent so that we receive them within 7 working days of notification to return.  For your protection, we recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery service.  Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item/s to us unless we either delivered the item/s to you in error or if the item/s is damaged or defective.

Your product must be complete, unused and in "as new" condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done it without marking the product in anyway - similarly if there are tags on an item these must still be in tact).  The product should be returned in the original box, packing and accessories.  Any free gifts received with the product must also be returned.  Some items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, for example, earrings or titivate products.  No exchange or refund will be offered on such items. 

Return of Faulty Goods
We can only replace faulty items with the same item.  Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of packaging as failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you.  We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed or the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.  Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances.  These are our guidelines:  In the unfortunate event that goods arrive damaged and/or faulty,  please contact us immediately on 0844 332 9919 or email us at  Please note that this policy is invalidated if the goods are not in original condition or if the fault is due to alterations or misuse by the customer.  In all cases any goods returned must be accompanied with sales invoice.  This Returns Policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Risk in any Product shall pass to the Customer upon delivery. It shall be the responsibility of the customer to insure products against all risks from the time of delivery.

Please note that if you return an item, this will be at your own cost. Note: if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods, Destined for Home Ltd reserve the right not to accept the return.

It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 2 days from delivery.

Non-Deliveries - We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 7 days from the expected delivery date.  Any claims regarding errors in dispatch or invoicing of any Product must be submitted to us within 7 days of receipt of invoice. We may refuse to recognise a claim not made within that period.
